What are your KPIs and revenue goals and requirements? What do you want to achieve from this strategy?
Armed with a deep understanding of the current situation and marketing objectives I will set about building a marketing plan which will include:
* Recommended marketing tech stack & tooling
* Relevant acquisition channels to test with budgeting
* Resource requirements (team, agencies, external contractors)
* Tactical delivery plan including recommended project management processes* A growth experiment framework
Once the marketing plan is reviewed, refined and signed off we get to the actual execution and delivery.
I can either hand over entirely, or work with your existing team to take forward, or we can select from my network of experienced contractors & agencies for delivery.
