The microscope offers easy access to a range of super-resolution techniques including dSTORM and PALM, as well as smFRET, single-particle tracking and confocal.

The company's achievements have been recognised by FastTrack100 who named ONI on their 2018 list of 10 Disruptors to Watch and ONI won Best Business Start-up at the 2018 IOP Awards.

The Project

ONI is a rapidly growing biotech serving a client base that consists of the world's leading academic and medical institutions. The ONI team – from scientists to software engineers to sales teams – take great pride in providing innovative technologies that empower researchers and users alike. They set an exceptionally high standard in all that they do. This includes the quality and accuracy of their company CRM and marketing and sales communications.

The requirement of this project was to help optimise the current marketing automation portal (Hubspot Marketing Hub Pro) to better align with the company's sales CRM (Salesforce). 

Ongoing support was provided on a weekly basis to work with the team to find any potential areas of incremental improvement, and then take steps to implement and test.


  • rebuilt 28 Hubspot landing pages for resource downloads with a new Hubspot template and form
  • complete audit of all lists and automations - rebuilding for improved alignment between Hubspot and Salesforce
  • restructured the lead score model and rebuilt corresponding automations and reporting
  • worked with the Salesforce administrator to make improvements in the Hubspot to Salesforce integration & sync
  • Rebuilt all reporting and dashboards for better visibility of pipeline and lead attribution
