The Project

It was a real pleasure to work with M&C Saatchi Performance's heavy-hitting global leadership and regional sales and marketing teams in APAC, EMEA and Americas on a fresh setup and install of Hubspot. I also had the opportunity to work in collaboration with the Hubspot direct sales team who provided fantastic support in demoing Hubspot to ensure all benefits were clearly conveyed.

The core challenge of this project was to consolidate separate tools, data sets and processes into a single company database providing a centralised view of the customer lifecycle. This required mapping out and understanding the unique target audiences, sales & marketing processes and requirements for each region. Then to standardise and bring together in a single customised CRM instance able to accommodate the nuances of each region whilst bridging the gap between marketing and sales.

A lot of emphasis was placed on reporting, both regional and global, to provide clarity to leadership on pipeline and marketing activity reporting from high-level overview down to granular business development activity and performance.
